Whistleblowing
Within Konserthuset Stockholm, we are committed to living by our guidelines, principles, and applicable laws. We want to make it possible to promptly identify and act on signals of possible misconduct within the organization.
Our hope is that it should always feel natural to talk to us directly if you see things that should not be happening. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, it should also be possible to report issues. Therefore, we offer a whistleblower channel in partnership with the company Lantero.
The channel is primarily intended to capture serious legal violations or other misconduct where there is a public interest in the information being disclosed. All reports will be processed, but if they are deemed to fall outside the scope of whistleblowing, they will not be handled according to the procedures of whistleblowing.
Disagreement in a work group or dissatisfaction with salary are examples that in general are not considered to be whistleblowing matters, but which are expected to be discussed with the manager/supervisor or other appropriate person at Konserthuset.
To make a report, you can visit an external website and fill out a form with relevant information. Cases will be investigated by a specially designated trust group, with the support of external expertise if necessary. Feedback will be provided to the management team within Konserthuset Stockholm with suggestions for action or further handling.
