Exercise, like much else in our everyday lives, has moved into our homes. Konserthuset Stockholm with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic has emerged as one of the music world’s most active streaming contributors and Friskis&Svettis has developed its digital output. In a joint wellness project, we present a unique initiative: workout to live music with the orchestra!
You are welcome to use the videos in the way you want. Play one at a time, or all in a row. You can choose to do the moves standing or sitting – or why not come up with your very own choreography? Of course, you can also just enjoy the beautiful music in stillness.
